Billing Platform Customization:

TSB will assist in the customization of your billing platform to enable electronic provisioning of mobile orders, automatic invoicing or Top-Up of customer lines, custom lists and tasks to enable blast text communication to your customer base, assist with the automation of specific reports, and customized one-page ordering with electronic Lifeline form with e-signature. Telecom Service Bureau partners with the BeQuick Quicktel platform, but can assist in the development and automation of any platform of choice.

Provisioning and Customer Care:

Developing and maintaining customer relationships is key to an MVNO’s success. TSB transforms these relationships into long term, profitable revenue opportunities. Customer Care includes highly skilled reps to assist your customers in areas of Customer Payments, Repairs, Programming Questions, Trouble- Shooting, and Top-up of minutes or change of plans. Provisioning includes electronic web based ordering platforms and customer portals that will allow employees, agents, or customers to log in and order new service, update existing service, or add additional minutes from any computer. Our Services also include Lifeline Certification form management, to include customer barcode, PDF scanning, electronic upload into customer account for easy auto recall, hard-copy storage for the lifeline of the customer plus 5 years, and monthly delivery of information back-up.

Business and Operations Support Systems (BSS/OSS)

Telecom Service Bureau’s 30,000 square-foot facility is company-owned, company managed, and driven by our High Tech Command Center Software. This Command Center is designed to provide all of your operational and customer integration needs. Our System allows for monitoring, analyzing and managing your customer’s accounts in real time, to include:
